By using DecorTrack, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
DecorTrack is a business management app for event decoration professionals.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account or use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Subscription
Free Plan: Up to 5 bookings. CSV export requires a Pro subscription.
Pro Subscription: Available monthly ($4.99 AUD/month) or annually ($49.99 AUD/year). Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial at no charge. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the applicable rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play Account Settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.
4. Your Data
You own all data you enter. We use it only to provide the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
DecorTrack is provided "as is." We are not liable for loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
