DecorTrack is operated by Balloons & Co. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account: email address, name, phone number
Business: business name, tax ID, bank details, logo
Bookings & clients: names, phone numbers, emails, event details, booking records
Images: prop photos, inspiration photos for bookings, and business logo you upload — stored in Supabase (Sydney, Australia)
Camera & photo library: accessed only when you choose to add a photo. The app never accesses your camera or photos without your action.
Notifications: we send local reminders about unconfirmed bookings (15-day follow-up). No notification data is shared or leaves your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to provide the DecorTrack service — syncing your bookings and business data across your devices. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (Amazon Web Services, Sydney, Australia). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account's data is isolated and accessible only to that account holder.
