Welcome to FleetEase (“FleetEase”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FleetEase mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only if you:
FleetEase offers an optional paid subscription called “FleetEase Pro” (“Subscription”). FleetEase Pro removes the free‑tier limits and allows you to manage unlimited cars, drivers, and rentals (subject to reasonable use and any technical limits of the Service).
3.1 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period (for example, 14 days) for new subscribers. The length of the free trial will be shown in the app at the time of sign-up.
3.2 Auto-Renewing Subscription
After the free trial ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid, auto‑renewing subscription billed at the then‑current subscription price shown in the app and in the App Store for your region (for example, US$7.99 per month or the equivalent in your local currency, such as A$12.99 in Australia), unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
3.3 Billing and Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or when the free trial ends, if applicable). Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then‑current subscription price shown for your region.
You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your Subscription.
3.4 Changes to Subscription Pricing or Features
We may change the price or features of the Subscription from time to time. If we change pricing in a way that affects your existing Subscription, we will notify you in advance as required by Apple’s policies and applicable law. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect.
