FleetEase (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the FleetEase mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our app.

FleetEase is intended for adult business users (18 years or older) who manage vehicle rental operations.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Full name (if provided)

This information is used for authentication and account management.

Driver and Rental Information

FleetEase allows users to manage rental operations and driver records. Information may include:

• Driver name
• Phone number
• Emergency contact details
• Rental history and payment records (non-card payment tracking)

Driver Documents and Images

FleetEase allows users to capture or upload driver licence images and related documentation using the device camera or file upload features.

These documents are stored securely in our backend service (Supabase Storage) and are retained until manually deleted by the user or administrator. Documents are not automatically deleted at rental end.
